What’s up STACKERS!

It’s been a over a year since getting back to the gym and I finally hit some of my fitness goals.

My current weight is around 150 LBS (69 KG) and I noticed I became a skinny ass! 🤣

The strange thing is that I’m way more stronger now than I was at 170. 😳

So where do I go from here? Well, I’m going to have to make some new fitness goals!

It’s time to tone up my skinny ass body and shed some of the extra fat on my pouch! (I blame the Vodka) 😂😂😂

I might have to cut down on ice cream and candy bars. I’ve been eating them almost everyday for over a year. 🤦🏼‍♂️😢

I was going to do a shirtless picture but then realized when I did that a while back, most people didn’t upvote my post (I wonder why? 😬). Haha

Sort:  

Use an online nutrition tracker for a few days and see how you do on the 31 Essential Nutrients. Then increase the ones you lack. Since weight is not an issue, you will probably see a good increase in energy once you start getting optimal amounts of these items.

For each one, you can go online and find the "best" sources. Just try one or two at a time and then go on as you succeed. Once you are getting all this nutrition, the desire for crap food reduces. In your case, I would not worry about it too much and you will see it reduce anyway.

Yeah, been studying nutrition for over 20+ years. I do a lot of biohacking on myself 😂

I’m actually wore my green stackin steem shirt today, it was just covered up my warm up. Lol

I’m still eating ice cream and candy bars everyday, I don’t think I can stop 😂

hahaha!!! I need to get my "not so skinny ass" back into shape again too. As per your response on my one post - yes, the intermittent fasting that I have only been doing for one week now has seriously given me a great boost in terms of getting rid of blubber hahahaha!!!

It works huh? 😂 I started looking into it like 7 years ago. If you give it like 3 months, you can see the difference big time. 😋
