❇️ HURT MYSELF AT THE GYM LAST WEEK BUT STILL SHOWED UP.

This totally sucks, a few days ago I "snapped up my back" lifting weights and barely could walk for 2-3 days. 🤦

I hate it when I hurt myself when working out! 🚑

However, I still showed up at the gym Today and it was my worse workout sessions this whole damn year. I couldn't even lift 5 LBS dumbbells over my head. WTH! 😰

In other words, I half assed my workout and left in like 20 minutes. 🙇

This happens to me once every few months. I might have to start "lighten up on the weights" from now on. SHESHHH!

It seems that I never learn my lesson, but when I lift... I tend to leave all the logic at the door and just go pretty HAMMM!

It's just the way I'm built I guess... Crazy! 🤷‍♂️

I plan to take a few days off until my lower back heals up but knowing me and my ego, I'll probably still show up in a few days and do it all over again. 😏

Great Idea, I ran out a few months ago but I need to get more stacks of CDB oil soon. I do have CBD oil in vape form but the oral ones seems to be better.

I do this to myself on a regular basis. In a particularly bad incident I was attempting to mimic a move I saw on youtube which were modified "shrugs" but they went in a circular motion. Man did i mess up my neck and upper back.

I have not repeated that exercise since that day :)

I remember hurting myself doing shrugs like 20 years ago and hurt myself. I never did them again haha. I hit 43 this year and my body can't take the heavy weights anymore :(

Same yo. Hurt my lower back too and I hate having to lose gains to recover. My leg and back days have to be light but im too fucking stubborn sometimes!

Dam homie hope you feel better. One thing that might really help is doing a lot of stretching and def Yoga. I'm no expert but I know stretching before and after working out is a must!!! Happy Fork Day!!!!

Watch out with the back, if you hurt it permanently you could be worse for a long time. Don't overtrain and listen to your body :)
