Spicy dried fish from Szechuan, a savory appetizer. It is a gift from my friend because her parents send her a huge sack of dried fish since she is pregnant and craving for this special local product from her hometown. The fish grows in little creeks and very lean compared with farm raised fish. Therefore deep fried and then cooked with spicy sauce is a way to avoid the mess of take out bones so that the fish are edible as a whole.

来自四川的辣味鱼干。这是地道的土特产哦，是一个四川的朋友在怀孕期间格外想吃家乡的鱼干，于是她的父母就邮寄了一大麻袋自己做的鱼干。朋友感慨父母的爱之余分了一兜子给我得以沾光，这是在山间的溪水中捞的新鲜的当地小鱼晒干以后得以保存很长的时间，可以看出格外的瘦骨嶙峋，跟平时在菜市场买到的肉厚肥腻的养殖鱼完全是两个极端。因为没什么肉刺又很粗，直接烧了吃吐刺很麻烦，于是油炸了以后又加了一点辣椒酱做成辣味鱼干，这个当开胃小零食真是太棒了，真是花钱都买不到的美味。

一张失败动图，为什么这么说呢，因为趁我在拍其他照片的时候，我家小朋友已经偷偷上桌开始吃鳝鱼，瞬间吃了小半盘弄得乱七八糟，看我在拍照就不停地捣乱，哎马上过3岁生日的小男孩真是皮得连爹妈都嫌，直接草草结束，各位看官请原谅，下次拍照一定先安置好这个淘气大王才行！

鸡汤板栗煮米粉，因为是整只土鸡所以有鸡翅，鸡肝，鸡爪煮在汤里很鲜哦！据说饭店里的鸡汤都是要一大勺味精放下去所以我现在去饭店吃面条、粉都很少喝汤了，不然喝完肯定要狂喝水一整天
