Find Out The Countries You Can Visit Without a Visa With This New Website.

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

Are you a wanderlust? Do you have plans of travelling the world? Then I would like you to meet Lana.

She is the automated assistant of VisaDB, a newly launched website that will list all the countries you can visit without applying for a visa based on your citizenship and goals.

All you need to do is enter the country you are from and she will give you list of countries you can travel to without applying for a visa.

Since I'm from a third-world paradise, I'm curious to know which countries offer such privilege for Filipinos like me.

So I gave it a try:

Wow! I can go to Brazil without a Visa and for 90 days!

As you can see, Lana will not only give you a list of countries but she would also provide other information like how long can you stay or whether you can get a visa on arrival. She also provides comparisons on accommodation, food, and transportation.

And if you're planning to expand business, Lana can point you to countries where you can launch startups and will give you info on duration, government programs, and visa requirements.

Ahhh. I think I'm launching my startup in Netherlands. Or France. But I love those cookies so I'll go for Denmark!

All in all, Lana informed me that as a Filipino Citizen, I can visit 67 countries without applying for a visa. That's 26 in Asia, 17 in the Americas, 13 in Africa, 2 in Europe, and 9 in Oceania!

Not bad! But since VisaDB is in Alpha, all information is hand curated by Lana and sourced from government websites and other 3rd party sources. So I advise you to verify these data with embassies of the countries you are planning to visit.

Now all I need is money, renewed passport, and a courage to take that flight.
