DEFINITION:
Initiative is an ability to take actions, analyze problems, draft out solutions and to make the decision on best solution towards solving the very particular problem without you been told to do so. It is simply to do the right things without you being ordered to do it .
KEY THINGS ABOUT INITIATIVE Initiative works together with some factors like
Seriousness: A state of mind at which your manner isn't half hearted, but marked to be of deep feeling in earnesty and sincerity
Determination: This is a quality of making self decision or of targeting a specific goal
Confidence: This is a stage of picking courage to progress in a decision U have chosen, believing it as the most effective.

Initiative brings return like Achievements.
. You set a plan.
. You make it your target.
. You moved up with courage
. You actualize the target, and you become an achiever
Also You will be outstanding among your colleagues when you make use of your initiative effectively...
