"Assalamu Alaikum "How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I love to cook and I love to teach others to cook. It is my participating in the contest organised here in this community.Special thanks to @gorllara for this contest.So today I am sharing with you one of my very favorite cooking recipes. I will try my best to help you. Hope all of you will try to fix this cooking in home environment. The cooking that I did for you the pigeon meat roast recipe.If there is any mistake then everyone will look at it with forgiveness.
Here are the things we need for this recipe :
- Pigeon meat
- Onio
- Green pepper
- Ginger Bata
- Garlic Bata
- Cumin Powder
- Hot Spice Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Chili Powder
- Bay leaves
- Salt & Oil
Step-1
First of all, everything you need to cook pigeon meat is beautifully arranged so that you have everything at hand while cooking.
Step-2
Then I put a pan in the oven with the same amount of oil in the pan and then fry the onions in the oil.
Step-3
Then I mixed the amount of ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, hot spice powder, salt, bay leaves and stirred the spices with a little water.
Step-4
When the spices were added, I shook the pigeon meat a little and covered it with a lid.
Step-5
After the meat was cooked for a while, I lifted the lid and covered it again with adequate amount of water and left it in the oven for some more time.
Step-6
After a while I removed the thought and saw that it had dried in the water. Then I turned off the stove a little and took it down from the stove.
Final step
I poured the pigeon meat on a plate and served it beautifully.
Pigeon meat is my favorite. Apu has made a very beautiful recipe. I wish you all the best.
