I love to cook and I love to teach others to cook.This is my first food recipe in this @bestofbangladesh Community.So today I am sharing with you one of my very favorite cooking recipes. I will try my best to help you. Hope all of you will try to fix this cooking in home environment. The cooking that I did for you the special raw mango pickle sweet pickle recipe .If there is any mistake then everyone will look at it with forgiveness.

Here are the things we need for this recipe :

• Raw mango
• Fivefold powder
• Dried chilli powder
• Turmeric powder
• Garlic
• Dried pepper
• Sugarcane molasses
• Mustard oil
• Salt
• Sugar

Step-1

I have arranged everything you need to make raw mango pickle so that I have everything at hand while making pickle.

Step-2

Then I washed the mangoes beautifully and took them in a basket with the skin on top of the mangoes.

Step-3

Then I cut the mangoes, put the beeches inside, cut them vertically and took them in a dish and dried them in the sun one day.

Step-4

Then I put a pan in the oven and mixed a little bit of mustard oil in it with garlic and dried chillies.

Step-5

Then I put all the mango pieces cut with turmeric powder and chilli powder in it, then I added salt, sugar to taste and five quarts of powder and shook everything well.

Step-6

Then I stirred the sugarcane molasses well for a while and kept stirring them for a long time.

Step-7

When they become dry by stirring, they turn red and turn off the stove. You have to take them off the stove.

Final step

Then I arranged the pickles nicely on a plate and served them with a delicious pickled sweet mango pickle.
