Litecoin for beginners (HUGE litecoin announcement)

Litecoin could hit $100 soon and might be a good way to gain value during the Bitcoin scaling uncertainty. August 1st, the day we find out what happens with Bitcoin scaling, is also the day of a huge litecoin announcement from M.I.T

I am no financial expert but Litecoin may be an excellent vehicle to ride out the volatility that may ensue August 1st. diversifying may be the key to avoiding any short term uncertainty surrounding bitcoin. Of course exchange fees are a consideration but i definitely do not recommend putting all your eggs in one basket. very much like this chicken:
