ColorChallenge MondayRed: Radish

Hello everyone! Spring has come and I want berries and vegetables from my garden so much) In the spring I'm always particularly acutely feel the lack of vitamins. Today I want to share a photo of radish.

I love this vegetable, often add it to salads in the summer. Radish has a pungent bittersweet aftertaste, that's why I love it. In the radish there are a lot of essential oils, vitamins B-group, sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium. Interestingly, one bunch of radishes weighing 100-120 g. concentrated daily rate of vitamin C for an adult!
