Stokjokey and I both went over the total runs on TB & went 9-1.
Like if someone was 9-1 and 19 on TB, would he win, as total runs was over 10 but hasn't gone over 19. Or would 10 win as 10 is closer to 13 the total runs.

Mariners @ Orioles game finished 7-6 with 13 Combined Total Runs Scored.
You and @stokjockey both went 9-1. Neither of you guys went over the 13 combined total runs scored, and because he chose 10 for his tie-breaker, and you chose 8 for yours, he was closer to the Combined Total Runs Scored without going over.
