I'm scaring by the future
Does the unknown scare you? Are you scaring by things like loneliness, poverty, sickness or old age? Do you feel unconscious of life? If you're worried about why it may follow, imagine the worst possible scenario, and you'll realize that "the fuck is not so black," that there's always something worse. Even the ultimate fear, death-fright, can be controlled by reflection, you do not even need what religion says. This thought will free you from the clutches of anxiety, fear of the unknown and will help mobilize you.
Regardless of the difficulty of the situation, there is an optimal way to go through it. The truth that life never gives us all the information we need to make the best decision. Often not even an acceptable one. We navigate the unknown, surrounded by uncertainties. And we will not even know if we have decided well than when we are on the deathbed. Only then will you have enough insight into your life so that you can issue a judgment of pertinent value to your decisions. But who cares then? So it makes the decision in relation to your values and priorities. I mean the things you care about, not the others.
I know it's not always that simple. It's true that life often puts our "pistol on the damp" or throws us in dilemmas, in situations where you have to make difficult choices that you will inevitably remain with regret. Career or family choices. Or between love and the material situation. When reason rages in us with passion, life can become a calvary. A good decision is the one that lets you sleep at night. And to sleep at night you have to choose according to your values.
Reflects a bit on the meaning of life, a life seen as a journey from nothingness, with a destination that is nil, with stopovers in a nude where you sink every night when you fall asleep. It's the same thing every time, because there can be no different nuances: if it were, how could you differentiate them? The prospect of non-existence should show you that there are too few things in life to be taken seriously, and that it is not worthwhile to waste our time living in imagination tragedies that may never happen.
Life is like a cake with a very complicated recipe that has never been given to anyone. Even if your life is not always as good as others, it's important to decide what to do with the many or few ingredients you have at your disposal. Some have great ingredients, but their cake is a failure, while others are innate confectioners doing wonders with just a few banal ingredients. The difference is on the one hand passion and on the other side the cook's courage to cook for their own pleasure, not to satisfy others. Because "the mouth of the world is not just the ground," not the cake, no matter how well you prepare it.
