Five days on Volga. Four day...
This day it was decided to devote to catching walleye,perch and medium-sized pike. The whole company wanted smoked fish. And this fit very well instances of 1.5-2 kilograms in weight.
The emphasis decided to make the pike perch while pecking it all the days of the very bad and unreliable. Too good walleye smoked that was worth spending more time on his search and catching.
We managed to cope with the task.And in the evening a few walleye ,pike and perch went first to the smokehouse, and then on our table)))
