Roasted Pork Belly rice ???

This is one really unique bowl of Pork Belly rice! First time seeing this EPIC Combination of infusion!

The pork is very TENDER SOFT , the exterior is charred just a little ~

Paired with i think pickled radish and shredded kelps and a very well cooked poached egg~
