Happy Birthday Mom~ Plus Japanese Hotpot for dinner!
Yesterday was my mom's birthday ~ Love her so much and she's the best mom in the whole galaxy and her home cooked cuisines are da best~!
We celebrated by having this Artistic Strawberry Cream cake from chateraise ~
For dinner we went to Suki-Ya , a japanese Hot Pot Buffet that if you are shabu shabu and japanese soup lover this is for you!
Just Dip this on the hot boiling soup for around 10 ~ 15 sec and you are done!
Paired with Veggies , Mushrooms , Fishballs & cabbages ~
These 2 are my favorite soup base for shabu shabu !
The one on the left is called Butaniku ~ A Strong Flavored Pork based soup ! you have that creamy & sweetness taste!
The One on the right is for spicy lovers , called Kimuchi , flavored with authentic Kimuchi and spicy miso , this will add that KICK to your tastebuds !
More Beef Shabu Shabu~! My fav Dippings are Ponzu and spicy Peanut Sauce!
