Charcoal Grilled Pork and Chicken Chop!

Im Always a very very BIGGG fan of cooking and grilling our meats or veggies over charcoal , its one that foodie lovers enjoy , as it gives that really juicyness and flavor of the smoke compared to gas grilling ~

Tell me frankly do you prefer charcoal grilled meats or just on the regular pan in terms of flavor and texture?

 

One such stall in my nearby area that sells Charcoal Grilled western food is my fav , the Cowboy Grill ~

Paired with Fresh salad and Thousand island dressing , baked Potato with mayonnaise and you know my fav crispy Bacos ~ that appetizer !
