Soya sag
Method :
First wash the soya leaves in water and wash them well, after which filter it and remove the water. Now keep the soy till the water is dry. Similarly, peel the potatoes well and wash it well and cut it in a medium size. Remove the stalk from the soya leaves and cut the leaves finely and cut them apart.

Add oil to the pan and heat it. Put cumin seeds in it and add asafoetida, finely chopped green chilli, turmeric powder and add chopped potatoes in it. Now mix all these ingredients well. Mix two to three tablespoons of water in the pot and mix it well and now cover them and cook for three to four minutes.
Remove the lid of wok and add soya, salt, red chilli powder and mix it well and run it well. Now add two to three tablespoons of water and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now stop the flame. Soya potatoes are ready. Serve it with Paratha or Naan
