How to make crispy dosa

At home, the dosa can not be properly formed. Sometimes it sticks on the pan, so sometimes crispy is not made. Here are a few tips to overcome your problem and to make crispy dosa at home:

  • If the dosa is sticking on the pan, cut one onion half. Now clean the frying pan and pour some oil drops on it and spread it onion. This will make the dosa stuck without sticking.

    To make crispy dosa, add oil on the pan before splitting the batter on the pan, and sprinkle salt water on it.
