As a man you can determine to be happy and look on the bright side expecting good and believing you can accomplish your dreams in life. but before you can move towards this you have to let go of one common thing in life. NEGATIVITY, because when you have a negative mind-set thereby dwelling on the things of the past, on your problems, on what you didn't do right, leaven on worries and discourages my dear your positive mind-set will shrink back.

This is a choice every man can make n he's own no body can force you to have a certain attitude. your life will be so much better if you decide to be positive in life thereby focusing on the the things you are doing right and do them best.

If you have decided to be happy there is one simple rule you can follow

• When you wake up in the morning choose to be happy "HAPPINESS" this is the fourth undeniable quality of a winner, but the looser always ignore this fact
• Choose to be grateful for the day, think of the things you've done well look at the bright side of everything you've done and focus on the POSSIBILITY

All these will not just come you must choose them, because when you ignore more than likely you will default to a negative mind-set, maybe you will start thinking ;- i dont feel like going to work today because i've got so many obstacles the previous days, nothing good is in my future. And once you start having all this negative thoughts it will limit you life.
dear listener i want you to have one thing in mind , you are not the only person facing problems or difficulties many people out they have tough time but the right ATTITUDE is

All this are not permanent they are temporary and believe that in the main time you're going to enjoy life to the fullest

i may not know the kind of problem you are facing but believe me many people out they are facing different challenges in life,
challenges like

• prolonged illness
• Traffic
• Long awaiting dreams
• family problems and in many families today you will find out that most parents feel it's better they are single than getting married
• Job promotion, maybe your own problem is getting promotion you worked for or you didn't qualify for what you wanted

though sometimes one can easily live with a sour attitude but instead believe and have strong fillings that something better is coming your way
