#0001 Fitness: Introduction

Hello everyone,

As I said in my entry before, from now on I want to share about fitness as my main topic.

Here we go!

Alright, lets start with introduction about fitness.

WHAT IS FITNESS?
Some of you might google and read the whole damn long definition.

ANSWER:
Ability to do something without limitation.

That's all to make you easy to understand! Simple!

EXAMPLES:

  1. You want to do a sprint but you don't have stamina
  2. You want to lift up a heavy thing but you dont have strength

And the list goes on.... I just give 2 from many of them.

That people who don't have fitness. From there, you need to find your goal! Yes, FITNESS GOALS!

  1. You want to run faster, you need more cardio and up your stamina.
  2. You want to lift up a heavy thing, go for strength training.

Reason I give just 2 examples is because it's a basic and don't go for detail first. Understand the concept.

There's a lot of people wrote down their fitness goal "I want to be slim, lose weights, and others" which is wrong. You don't need fitness to be slim and lose weights. You can simply go for 'typical diet' - eat less! (Don't do that, it just an example)

With the right goals, you will know what exactly you're doing! That's all for my #0001 Fitness entry.
