Wow. I hope you get to feeling better really soon. Are you going to get tested to see if you have it? Will they allow you to, even though you might not fit the demographic? I hope so. Knowledge is power, and they should be able to offer you some more medical treatment than just rest, fluids and over the counter pain relief or flu pills.
Hey! No, tests are scarce, so I'm just sitting it out and maybe when there's a more simple blood/antibodies test I can check if I indeed had it and am immune to it :D Would really help with taking a bit more relaxed approach when touching stuff or meeting people. How are you doing so far? No health scares yet?
No. No health scares. I've been concerned about my Dad, but the county he lives in has been at four cases and holding for days, so that's a little reassuring. He is a prime candidate due to age and underlying health problems, so I'd rather he not come in contact with it at all.
My son has something he's been battling for over two weeks, and some of the symptoms, aside from the lower respiratory/breathing issues, so I've been doing my best to stay away from him. I do have some nasal congestion, but can't tell if that's from the weather changing we're having (which is normally what I think it would be), or being around him too much since neither of us are working now.
He gets paid while he's off, but I don't. My wife is working, though, so we'll be okay as long as things don't continue on lockdown for longer than a few months.
I guess testing after the fact would be good, too. I just thought you might want the peace of mind now, but hey, we all deal with things in our own way, right? :)
