Garden Pasta
Recipe Servings: 10
Ingredients
three teaspoons oil
two lbs ground beef
fourteen ounces carrots
twelve ounces onions
fourteen ounces celery
forty-eight ounces diced canned tomatoes
two cups red kidney beans
two cups white kidney beans
eighty-eight ounces beef stock
three teaspoons oregano
two and half teaspoons pepper
five tablespoons fresh parsley
one and half teaspoons Tabasco sauce
forty-eight ounces spaghetti sauce
eight ounces dry pasta shell macaroni
Instructions:
Put onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about ten minutes.
Strain and wash beans and add to pot. Also put beef stock, oregano, pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce and noodles .
Simmer till celery and carrots are soft, about forty-five minutes.
