The other day on @wipgirl's show the topic of gratitude came up. It can help reframe and shift your perspective if you're feeling down.
@zipporah shared her experience with cultivating gratitude and I want to thank her. Thank you Zippy.
The key seems to be writing it down.
Get a journal and physically write down 5 things you are grateful for today.
Zippy's magical addition to this, is to also write down five things you will be grateful for in the future but write it down as if these things were in your life today.
You create a kind of resonance in your mind and things manifest.
