Have you thought about creating an account on musicoin and doing a 50/50 split with the artists?
Great idea!
You know that thought has actually crossed my mind, things are popping up so fast! This would entail getting each artist to sign up for musicoin, which could be worth the venture . I need to think on that and see how to get that together. Cause if they can earn per play would be great. IT would be great to have musicoin embeds and also I think steemit should consider adding a tip embed code on each account were you can tip to people directly in a post.
They have an embed already but it says "Unsupported" if you try and use it in Steemit :-(
I am going to look into this idea more though, I may open up a direct communication with musicoin, see what there development plans are for the future in adding sets and getting embeds to work on steemit . I hope both dtube and dsound here on steemit can get it to where the embeds work in posts, I know we been having problems with entries from openmic not being able to appear in posts with is continuing steemit users to have to use youtube, where it would be great to bypass them completely. :)
I am in contact with their CEO but none of the team have time to talk at the moment as they are all flat out working on the beta program.
I would recommend watching this though. It's very insightful and has helped to reignite my enthusiasm for the service!
