Guilty

People are imbecile. And saying that, I don't want to offend them in the least. Because they have absolutely no guilt for what is happening.
Everything that happens to them has been prepared for a long time and has been worked on for a long time.
And it's quite insulting. For everyone.

All you have to do is turn on the TV and so you'll see right away to what extent people are humiliated.
Because most of the shows are made for idiots. If you listen to the news and watch it closely, you will find that the same is true for them too. And all this is interrupted every 15 minutes by huge advertising blocks, advertising drugs, loans and online betting. At least in the country where I live.

Medicines are advertised because the health care system here does not work and it is much easier to buy a nutritional supplement to deal with tinnitus, stomach upset or inflammation of the urinary tract than to enter the corrupt, inadequate and incompetent health care system. (Which then leads, of course, to increased mortality compared to normal countries).
Loans are advertised for absolutely all possible purposes - to pay the electricity bill, buy a new laundry, a new phone, go on vacation... And of course - the biggest sellers of hopes and dreams - the ads for betting, casino and lottery, making you maybe take the money from your loan and bet it, in the name of hope ...

For years, I was convinced that there was a plan to destroy the people in my country - physically, spiritually and culturally. You know - low wages, high bills, high prices of all goods ... Elimination of culture. Imposition of ignorance, rudeness and impudence. In huge and monstrous sizes. For decades, a special "culture" has been imposed here, which has already become the standard. Not culture, of course, but I no longer know what to call this trend, raising brainless monsters.

But now I am almost certain that this is happening everywhere. It's not just in this country. And this is even more worrying.
Because, hey, I see it all clearly. I can see it, even through the blurred view, deliberately obscured by fake news spewing from television and the deliberately imposed lack of culture by these same media. Therefore, the impossibility of seeing this situation is not an excuse for everyone else. If I see it, then everyone can see it.
And in that line of thinking - are we to blame for what is happening to us?
Because I started this post with the words that we are not guilty of anything...

steem.jpgSoul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you.

Personally, I am a sensitive soul with a strong sense of justice.
Traveling and photography are my greatest passions.
Sounds trivial to you?
No, it's not trivial. Because I still love to travel to not so famous destinations.🗺️
Of course, the current situation does not allow me to do this, but I still find a way to satisfy my hunger for knowledge, new places, beauty and art.
Sometimes you can find the most amazing things even in the backyard of your house.😊🧐🧭|

Hi @soulsdetour, actually, when I saw the flower picture you used in your post, I thought you were talking about flowers, but your title was more interesting for me. That's why I read and came across unexpected content. What you are saying is worrying and unfortunately common in the world. There was a frog experiment, your post reminded me of it. If you put a frog in boiling water, it will try to jump out of the container. But if you put it in warm water and slowly heat the water, it will sit well in the water. The frog will not notice the danger, as the water slowly warms up. With the complacency he waited, he will finally breathe his last in the boiling water. Slow changes can pave the way for radical and negative changes. Finally, it can be too late.
First of all, I hope everyone realizes that they are in boiling water and takes their precautions.

Hi @enveng, thank you for taking your time to read my post! Yes, I sometimes use pictures of flowers for them, just to soften the effect and make them a little more acceptable 🙂. Because what I write is often not pleasant at all.
And I understand people who don't want to think about it. No one wants to know that their life is not at all what they imagined it to be. That's too painful. And no, no one will realize, they are in boiling water. Even I don't want to 😄.
I observe what is happening around me, I notice it, I realize it, I write about it. But I'm here too. I experience everything on an equal footing with everyone else. And there's nothing I can do. Well, maybe the war now will help us realize some things though...
Regards
