Chicken Cutlet Recipe
ingredients-100 grams of chicken grilled chicken
1 tsp Corn Flour.

1 lemon juice
1 cup bread crums.
Coriander Leaves.
1/2 egg
Oil.
1/4 teaspoon chicken masala (Chicken Masala).
Phase 1.
First, an egg boils and fits well, use only 1/2 eggs, now put it in the chicken.
process-Now add ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste, pinch azinoomoto, green chillies, finely chopped onions, slightly green coriander and lemon juice.
Mix all ingredients well and keep aside for a while and keep the tawa warm.
Now add corn flour, bread crumbs and 1/4 teaspoon chicken masala in that mixture, now the mixture is ready, then make small balls from the mixture and cover the balls with corn flour and put them on the breadcrumbs so that it is more Can be crisp.
Let the balls come with the help of a knife, now pour a little oil in the pan.
First fry the cutlet in oil, then put it on one side of the pan, they cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
So take Hyderabadi style chicken cutlet ready, decorate it with tomatoes ketchup.
