As I understand it, Dapps will be built on Tau Chain, and Agoras will be a currency to purchase a stake in that Dapp. The first Dapp to be build on Tau is the one Ohan is building himself (sharing of computational power..similar to Golem but scalable)
Not limited to just computational power like Golem but the rest is correct.
