Pepper chicken

Hello steemians, today I have prepared pepper chicken at home, so I thought to share it with you. Hope you all like it.

Ingredients:
•1/2kg chicken
•2 tsps black pepper
•4 green chillies(blended)
•1 tsp ginger garlic paste
•Coriander leaves few
•Mint leaves few
•1tsp soya sauce
•1tsp vinegar
•1tsp chilli sauce
•1tsp salt
•1/2tsp turmeric
•4 Onions(chopped)
Procedure:
Take a pan and add oil in it. When the oil is heated add onions,turmeric,chicken and mix it well.
After that add ginger-garlic paste,vinegar,chilli sauce,soya sauce,green chilli paste,salt,black pepper.
Let it cook 15-20 minutes.
Now add coriander and mint leaves and simmer 2 minutes.
Finally pepper chicken is ready.
