I consider it a Boxing Day-bonus Christmas gift to find that STEEM is finally seeing some considerable growth in value. It has been on the decline all too often when I have looked recently. Let's be optimistic and hope that this is not another pump and dump, but the beginning of a return to STEEM's real value.

I have only ever made one withdrawal of STEEM to poloniex so that I could get some experience trading crypto. I'm sure it only took 10 minutes at most for the funds to appear on Poloniex. As I understand it, they should be confirmed and in your account balance once the current block is completed.
Are you 100% sure that they are not there? Click on STEEM and see if you have any available to sell. If you do not, then you ought to send them an email as it seems something must have gone wrong.

Well the source of the image is coinmarkecap. You can check every altcoin price there I believe.
For historic data and analytics, I find that Bittrex and Poloniex are sufficient.
