Good day everyone, this is how I spend my Tuesday 27th April. I woke up at my usual time 6:30 and I went for morning devotion. with my family member, after that I take my bath. I had my breakfast. Then I do many of my daily activities. Before I step up for the sport I love doing, which is table tennis am Is table tennis good exercise?
Table tennis, as any racket sport is a good exercise. I play or used to play 4 of those:

Table tennis, Tennis, Badminton and Pickleball.

They all are good to keep you in shape. The only tennis is harsh on your joints and muscles, so additional physical exercises are must (for intermediate+ level of course). Table tennis, compared to other sports is really technically hard, to get to intermediate level you should spend about 2 years in average learning basics. On the other hand, you can play table tennis single till you die unlike tennis and badminton.

If you think what you should start to play at adult age, consider pickleball. It’s easy to start, less physically demanding than other racket sports, very social, and really fun to play. Still very good physical exercise.
