We need child welfare in this Country

Please can I understand why a parent(mother) or guardian will leave his or her 6years old child and the sibling of 3years to go to school alone?
Like WTF? A car almost knocked down those kids on their way to school today
I wasn't with my camera phone I would've snap..that why I decided to use internet photo to describe the event
A 6years old baby if he or she is a dull child might not know his or her name
Some will have difficulties in walking very well
Walking at length is very hard! And you will just see them wear the school uniform that is 20miles away from their home. God
And you will watch them leave the house?
That lovely smile or that cry doesn't touch your inner heart
The joy of seeing them everyday won't tell ya to take them to their schools?

Mehn some people don't just deserve having these kids
You can't take care of ya child
And even those who have other people's children under their care will treat them like they don't deserve a better life
How the hell do you feel?
I want to pick up those parents and lock them up
They Don't know the need of what God gave them
