The Lords Of Land

By in the days were feudalism was practiced as a system of government. we read feudal lords and serves. the lords had access to land and capital they owned properties and took people as serves those with low means.
they actually oppressed those poor people that they hardly did anything for themselves, compensation was given as they decried fit. that government failed and was succeeded by another. today in this part of the world we practiced democracy, but feudal lords still exist.
our land lords have in many cases actually lorded over their tenants. Now picture this scenario.

At a compound close to where i live. we had and uncompleted building with as many rooms as possible with.
The only room to have been plastered with cement was that of the owner. As time goes on people came to enquirer if the could complete the other rooms and rent them. the man converted.
Individual room was fixed according to the person intending to live. Some used aluminum glasses while some used rovers others went further to fill the floor and some fix air conditioning units. meanwhile the landlord own apartment was still uncompleted even when all the rooms were rented out. people began questioning what he uses his money for he had two children a boy and a girl. The son refused to go school, has been smoking everything that has smoke and drinking any intoxicating liquor that comes his way. to covered it all he joined one of the secret cult group around.

Life for the son was way beyond redemption, so to speak, he was as useless as he never existed.

The daughter on the other hand had an unwanted pregnancy gave birth to a girl with no other father now under the care of her mum.

Basically the family is a mess, the landlord which is the father is alcoholic, if not for some political money that time he could not have built that house.
Now that is the background of the landlord, what of his dealings with his tenants? every rent that expires either you park out or stay and pay the inflated house house rent he adds rent as he wishes. Now for many that spent well in making the compound comfortable could not just park, they had to bear and pay up.

BUT there was a problem, many of the tenants were not able to even pay the rent at some point. things appear to be going south for the tenants. Businesses are in a point of near collapse, those on government pay roll; no promotion.

All you do is labor all your year just to save for his rent. for the young guys that lived there for many years no progress, none got married nor even impregnate a girl and claim your wife as many do this days.

Meanwhile the landlord monitors your every movement in and out of the compound. checks what you eat, cloths you wear. if it seems you are defying all odds and still eating well, wearing better cloths, you're in for high rent when next yo're paying. As if that was not enough, mysterious things begin to happen in as much as i don't often believe in some diabolic activities these ones got me terrified.

I had a friend in that compound, sometimes i spent a night over. Some night i barely breath i never experienced that which the often hear people say bad spirits press people at night, that day i experienced it first hand

We start thinking of what to do that can fetch us money sharp sharp so that we can park of off this hell, i now remembered i had steemit because the first month i open it i did'nt put more interest in it.I now introduced him to it.

This guy now make steemit hes point of duty before now he will write out hes post borrow my phone when am asleep to post, he deos that everyday cosistently me i wasnt even noticing it i was lazy a lazy type then, as a taking to you now that guy reputation is {62} steem power is up to {8880}
He had park out of that house, rented a more befitting apartment, he did even end it the hes now a land lord

Nowadays my point of duty is to bring people to steemit organizing meet everywhere am yet to post my meet up photos and videos, i will soon am be able to convinced my DAD to Join Steemit hes very stubborn he think steemit is Gambling because of what poncy did to him he hate any online business but i will bring him before my reputation clocks (60)
