Partiko timeouts

This app is real great, it makes my mobile experience on steemit alot more enjoyable in general. The mentions tab is one of my favorite features.

I want to use it as my primary app on my smart phone. Except when I get timeout errors, double posting problems and upvotes not showing up until you refresh.

It seems this happens to me daily, and as much as I like the platform. And support them through delegation I hope they tackle these issues.

A few times I've put my phone down . Stopped upvoting and commenting all together as it was really annoying and frustrating.

I have not encountered these issues in Steempeak, so it seems to be related to the Dapp.. or Infrastructure they are depending on to run.

So my one question is: Does Partiko run their own servers and other required Infrastructure for their Dapp? Or are they dependent on Steemit Inc's servers?

As much uncertainty going on with their servers. I really hope all of the Steem Dapps are working toward running their own Infrastructure and not having dependency on the core company. I wonder if anyone has made a list of Dapps and their current usage on pre existing server infrasurcture.

@crimsonclad is working on splitting her RPC server into 3 smaller ones. And I'm sure many other witnesses are doing the same. Which is great for the general Steem community in the case Steemit Inc's core servers shut down.

But I am concerned many Dapp creators assume they can just depend on a centralized structure of core servers without must cost to them instead of investing in their own Infrastructure. And that does not seem very decentralized to me.
