Were These 8 Things Predicted By The Simpsons?
Two of my older brothers and sisters always watched The Simpsons. I wasn´t really convinced about this series but I still paid attention. After some incidents happened in the world, I thought about some predictions I may have seen by The Simpson on TV. There were hundreds of articles about this theory online and I kept searching. I´ve found great examples and wanted to share them with you.

Some people laugh about The Simpsons and some don´t. But is The Simpsons really a comedy series? I got curios as I mentioned above because no other TV movies have been foretold such precise informations about the future just like they did. Who could know that Donald Trump will be the next President ten years ago? Or about the 9/11 attacks? Let me show you a few predictions that shocked me.
These 8 Things Were Probably Predicted By The Simpsons
1. 9/11
This might be the scariest predictions of The Simpsons. For about four years before the attacks on September 11, 2001 in New York, the episode "Homer and New York" flickered on the screens. Just like can read in the title, the whole Simpson family made a trip to New York. Bart proposes to take the bus and then Lisa holds up a brochure on which a bus company can be recognized. You can clearly see a huge nine on the front page with a building in the background looking like the number eleven divided in two separate towers. Keep in mind, this was four years before the attacks happened.
2. The Donald Trump Vision
In the episode "Barts Look into the Future" we write the year 2030 and see Lisa as President of the United States of America. Lisa is the oldest daughter of three children in the Simpsons family. Its predecessor was the current President Donald Trump, who left his yellow successor an economic pile of shards. What is this series about?
3. Smartphones
In 1995, a rowdy from the school hall pulled a smartphone-like device out of his pocket. This device showed even a touchscreen and autocorrect. Almost every human being from the age of 16 until 45 own a smartphone. This device is totally indispensable.
4. Smartwatch
I just mentioned the smartphone but The Simpson showed this technology of an advanced watch already 20 years ago in the episode "Lisa´s wedding".
5. Listening scandal of the NSA
No one is safe from the NSA. The Simpsons already knew this in 1997. In the episode "Homer's Strange Chili Trip", one scene showed how the Simpsons house is wired from the NSA to the CIA. The Simpsons were apparently also monitored. Only since last year, the whole world knows that the NSA tapped computers of Internet companies, in order to gain access to videos, photos, e-mails and contact information. They also listened to telephone conversations, such as those of Chancellor Angela Merkel.
6. Outbreak of the Ebola virus
In 2014, we experienced the worst virus outbreak ever. The virus was mainly distributed in West Africa. The Simpsons found an interesting way of showing another prediction. Marge showed a children´s book about the worst outbreak of the Ebola virus in the episode "The saxophone story". This also happened in 1997.
7. The Tiger attack on Siegfried and Roy
In the episode "Obsessed with the Devil", Homer and his neighbor Ned visited the gambling city of Las Vegas. You could see the magician <<Gunter>> and <<Ernst>> based on the well-known wizards Siegfried and Roy. In this specific episode is shown how a white tiger attacked one of the magicians, mind you this was in 1993. Years later, the magician Roy was actually bordered by a white tiger and since then paralyzed on one side.
8. 3D Printer
We know 3D printers for several years and now you can even print prostheses or action figures. As you might assume, the Simpson mentioned this technology ten years ago. source
Now it´s up to you if you think The Simpsons are only a comedy show or if they have some abilities to forecast various events in the "real world"...

Lately it reminds me of the movie series BACK TO THE FUTURE
Life is a repetitive scenario. A Lot of things tend to happen or repeat after a certain period of time.
Some surprised us but some are sure to derive from our way of living and ability to always forget that change and adaptation will conquer.
Simpson show, I watch sometimes, it is fun and the writers let you see their ideas through their work.

The writer of these episodes was right, now we see much of what he believed comes true and thats so crazy.
hahaha if i say ture i found simpsons some time funny and some time shoking for me to hear thier predections and sure we know the world controled by CIA now this time and 9/11 predtiction really amaized me

I believe the writer's imagination of this series is what makes many of his episodes have become a prediction of reality, I am very clear that our thoughts or dreams at a certain time and time project much of what happens in the future.
