I support one of the teams involved - Arsenal. I am very unhappy and angry about this. It's done with no consideration for the fans and the history of football. It will widen the gap between the big clubs and those trying to improve themselves, and turn the world of club football effectively into a closed shop. The owners of these clubs are trying to go down the American model where there is no relegation or promotion and all but a few have a bigger piece of the pie. Football is all about dreaming that your club can have success, and those dreams for the millions of supporters of clubs outside of these 12 will be ruined. It's a sad day, and this league should be stopped...
