Up Another Hill in Dalian

A couple months ago I wandered up the hill on the other side of the school

It’s nice being surrounded by large tree covered hills. I can’t imagine a better place for a stroll on a hazy sky day. A little surprised with what I found up there a side form some cool looking rock formations.

Shallow Pond the perfect place for bugs

Of course I have to go in to the trees, probably a bad idea since most of the trees were covered in thorns and I was dressed for work.

An unexpected find of some abandoned grave sites. The ruins were still there but you could tell from behind the structure a hole was dug making me think whatever was there had been removed.

Things will sprout to life anywhere that just what it needs.

I'm sure in a few more years as the main highway is completed this leveled land, which used to be a hill will have many buildings rise above the horizon. The place is prime ready for development. We'll see if I'm still around when that happens.
