Taxi Burger, Rangpur

Location & Accessibility
Taxi Burger is located on the sixth floor of the RAMC Shopping Complex in Rangpur. The complex is very close to the well-known Medical Mor area, making it easy to find. Whether you’re coming from the bus terminal or rail station, you can reach here effortlessly using any local transport and the roads are in good condition.
RAMC Shopping Complex itself is a popular shopping hub in Rangpur. Since it’s situated near such a central point, visiting Taxi Burger is both convenient and enjoyable.
And don’t worry about the sixth-floor location the complex is modern and fully equipped with an elevator, so getting to the restaurant is no trouble at all.
Structure & Environment
The structure of Taxi Burger is small but stylish, and the overall environment feels vibrant and refreshing. Inside the main restaurant area, there are a few neatly arranged seats, while the food court section offers a much larger dining space for customers.
The walls inside are beautifully designed, decorated with catchy food-related slogans that instantly put you in a fun mood. The cash counter sits in front of the kitchen, though entry inside the kitchen isn’t allowed.

The seating arrangement is comfortable each table has a menu card, tissue box, and a bottle of water. The chairs are quite attractive and cozy too. Taxi Burger is quite popular, I couldn’t take too many photos of the seating area as it was busy with customers.
Although I couldn’t capture photos from inside the kitchen, I managed to take one from outside, which gave me a clear impression that the kitchen is also tidy and well-organized, even if it’s a bit small. Still, the lively environment and cheerful vibe of the place made the visit truly enjoyable.
Food Menu & Pricing
At Taxi Burger, you’ll find a wide variety of fast food items. From the names of some dishes that include foreign references, it’s easy to guess that they serve both local and international items here. However, their burgers have a special reputation of their own. I’ve shared the names and prices of their food items in the table below.

Taste & Quality
Taxi Burger is quite popular among food lovers for its high-quality and delicious burgers. The burgers here stand out in taste because they’re made with fresh and premium ingredients. Each burger is crafted with a perfect combination of elements and flavorful seasonings, which makes them uniquely appealing to customers.
I tried their Chicken Taxi Burger, and it was simple, fresh, and absolutely tasty, I really enjoyed it. The price of the Chicken Taxi Burger was 199 BDT (≈ 1.99 USD or 23.63 STEEM), which I found quite reasonable. Besides burgers, other menu items like platters and coffee are also of great quality. So overall, when it comes to both taste and quality, Taxi Burger truly delivers.
Staff & Service
Taxi Burger always tries to provide good service to its customers. They prepare the food instantly and serve it fresh, which I really appreciate. The staff at this restaurant are also very polite and well-behaved. As soon as you take a seat, they hand over the menu and take your order quickly. I must say, their friendly attitude towards customers truly deserves appreciation.
Payment Methods
The payment system at Taxi Burger is quite good. It’s fast and convenient, offering both online and offline payment options. Customers can easily pay through popular mobile payment services like bKash and Nagad, which makes the payment process much smoother and quicker.
Other Facilities
I really liked the lighting and wall design at Taxi Burger. The cash counter looked quite attractive, and the seating inside the restaurant was comfortable. The entire place is secured with CCTV cameras, which adds a nice sense of safety.
I noticed two refrigerators there, one deep freezer and one regular fridge. The regular fridge had water bottles and some other items, though I’m not sure what was kept inside the deep freezer. There were also several fans installed for customer comfort.
Overall Experience
My overall experience at Taxi Burger was quite good. There’s hardly anything to complain about when it comes to the food taste, quality, or atmosphere. However, there are some pros and cons that I’d like to point out so you can easily understand both the strengths and weaknesses of this restaurant.

Suggestions for Improvement
I think there are a few areas where this restaurant could improve. They should try to expand the indoor seating area, as it feels quite limited. Although the outdoor section is larger, it lacks enough facilities for customer comfort, something they should work on.
They should also provide free purified drinking water so customers don’t have to pay extra just for water. Additionally, slightly lowering food prices would make the experience fairer, especially since there’s no AC or other premium facilities. Lastly, adding more fans would help improve the comfort level for outdoor diners.
My Recommendation
I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this restaurant and enjoy their food. Its convenient location, clean and comfortable environment, unique taste, and great customer service make it truly appealing. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. So, I warmly invite everyone to experience the amazing environment and delicious food at this restaurant.
