I have joined steemit a month ago, my 3 achievements are verified and i have posted the fourth one.
While reading the contents posted by dear @cryptokannon I read about the steemit nursery community and learn about its motive.
Today I want to introduce myself with the community administration and with the members.

My Name is Muhammad Sohail Wattoo and I am a Pakistani National. My age is 32 years.

Qualifications

I have done M.Phil (MS) in Business Administration..

Carrier

I have completed my BS in 2010. I started my 1st job soon after completing my studies. I have worked in a leading Insurance Company for a couple of months. Then I joined a growing teaching Institute as lecturer.
Currently I am working as Finance & Budget Officer in Health Department of Govt of the Punjab (Province)

Recognitions

I have recognised by my department and awarded appreciation certificate many time.

Learning About Steemit

I have joined steemit a month ago. I have completed my 04 achievements in Newcomers Community. I have read a lot of literature in it which is posted by different user.
I have read an article of @cryptokannon in which she used the words that “steemit is a like a child for me to grow”
I am much inspired by these words.

Suggestions For Steemians as per my Learning

People are only interested on the response at their own post. They are not reading the posts of others. It shows that most people are using just to get financial benefits.
I suggest that there must be a mechanism that people read the posts of others also. The reward system must contain the reading element also. This suggestion is tendered to @cryptokannon to consider.
