Garden Project Part 9
Let the Foilage Begin!
I know I have been quite lax on any gardening project updates, this really is not due to laziness but the lack of budget.
Having said that, I have some GREAT news! Shed is ordered and on its way, it is a whopping 10x6ft, double doors and windows down one side. As I am not well enough to construct it myself, I am paying two of our family to put it in place. Anyways I will save the full details and the photos of that as and when it arrives.
In the meantime, another trip to the nursery to start filling up some of the empty planters I had.
First purchase was a new stone pot for our struggling buddelea, it was quite cramped and was struggling to survive, however it has plenty of room to grow. Quite happy with the price, was in the sale and only £22.49
Next were a couple of small heathers, Yellow John heathers to be precise, I would have preferred bigger plants but they will grow and fill the two planters I have potted them in, these were a mere £3.00 for two. (Next time I am passing will pick up another 6 of these.
The next purchase was two firs, for £11.00 and as they are perennials they will survive the winter and still add colour to the garden (as with the Yellow John heathers)
The next purchase was two lovely pink fuschias, these cost £11.00 for the pair and have such beautiful delicate flowers that will offset against the green ivy background.
Finally, I bought a tub of mixed herbs for £5.50, they were already in a fancy planter so no need to replant and they smell amazing. (Unfortunately you can't see them in the photo as they are behind the big pot.)
To add to all this, bought some soluble plant food and a big bag of compost for all the planting. In total I spent just under £60.00 Which I thought was very reasonable.

It's cool you bought some herbs. I probably would have went with the herbs and perennial food plants.
Thanks, I did also have herbs that are flourishing from last year, mint, mint basil, lavender and sage.

Believe it or not, kryptonia task didn't work. I can not imagine we do not have a connection! I don't know what went wrong.

I made a task this morning for 100sup too, and nobody reacted to it. I don't think the "connection" option works well.
Oh well, I got the bots working...
I think there is some teething problems, I ended up cancelling the task and setting up one for 50 SUP - followers only.
Do you get the SUP back when you cancel a task? I did it with a smaller task and i don't think i got the remaining SUP back.
Yeah, you only 'payout' the SUP when someone completes a task (When you set up a task, the SUP is marked as 'unavailable' so you can't cash it out.

@socialmediaseo, it looks like we do chase each other today over different blogs/posts. I decided to stop by here, and to be honest, was a pleasure to read your post, there was so many details about gardening, so now I know for sure it's your passion, your hobby.
I got even curious about it, as now I am on holidays in Bulgaria in my home town, and we have huge garden, my parents take care of it. I might take some pics and prepare a post here, will invite you for comment, as you are an expert in the gardening :)
