Gobble Meal - Moroccan Chicken
Yesterday's Gobble meal was Moroccan Chicken with couscous.
As always with Gobble, the prep time is under 15 minutes. The couscous comes pre-cooked, and just needed to be microwaved while the chicken is cooking.
The only prep work I had to do was chop the tomato and to peel and chop the preserved lemon.
Although the meal kits I get are designed for two, I was very hungry yesterday and ate both portions myself. Not that the serving size isn't adequate, just that I was very hungry (I skipped lunch). The meal was delicious, and it was nice to get something a bit more exotic than my usual fare.
So far, I have been very happy with my Gobble experience, and would definately recommend them to anyone who has a busy schedule.

As long as it is healthy, looks good and tastes good thumbs up for Gobble. In my case, now that spring is here and I can find healthy vegetables at the markets, I will have as many salads as I can. I have had my five years experience as a vegetarian and salads have always been my favorite. There are plenty of vegetables in supermarkets as well but I don't trust them. It's pretty hard to find healthy food nowadays and the thing about Romania that I like is that I can still find organic food and don't rely 100% on supermarkets. I don't know for how long though...
For me, it is the convenience of it. While I am at work, I regularly put in 12+ hours per day, and am here 20+ days in a row.
If I were ever to get back to a 'regular' type of job, I would for sure be shopping at farmers markets and cooking for myself.

Yummm... Although I've never really seeing chicken as tasting different from any other, no matter the seasoning. It always tastesgood though
