Steemitphotochallenge Food II entry 2: 白菜卷 not your average cabbage roll

I made these Chinese cabbage rolls called Bai Cai Juan for a friend a few years ago and they turned out to be a hit. The filling had pork mince, Chinese mushrooms, water chestnuts, and carrots, plus some other ingredients in it.

我第一次做白菜卷的成果! 内馅是绞肉, 香菇, 红罗蔔, 和荸荠. 其他的料是密秘。:)做给澳大利亚朋友吃, 他很喜欢!
