Monomad Friday Flower: Orchid details
I found this orchid in the Shilin Guandi Park in Shilin, Taipei, Taiwan. It is the former residence of Chiang Kai-Shek and there was a section full of orchids. The details of this type are very interesting, don't you think?

I love black and white photos; it makes me wonder what colors are actually there! I planted a few Orchids in my backyard this past summer, they actually grew!
It is actually a red orchid. I am happy to hear that your orchids grew. I currently have a pot of white orchids indoors.
