Transfer: Dani Ceballos in London
There are indications that Dani Ceballos will have his medical any time from now.
The Madrid midfielder was spotted in London. Ceballos will join Arsenal on a season-long loan to strengthen the Arsenal squad.
Ceballos joined Madrid from Real Betis for €16m deal in 2017. Unfortunately, he has started just 17 times in La Liga and just twice in the Champions League. In-all, he has appeared in 56 matches across two campaigns.
Marco Asensio, on the other hand, suffered a serious injury in the game against Arsenal in USA. He was seen crying which suggest it was a serious injury and a big blow for him.
This might create a doubt for Ceballos loan deal but since he is spotted in London already, it appears it is a done deal for him and he will play for Arsenal this season.
It is believed that this loan deal has no transfer fee involved and no option to buy the player.
One would have expected this clause to be in this deal because he might turn out to be an important player for the squad and that clause will place Arsenal in a better position to buy him ahead of any other club.
I hope Arsenal has good outing this season and win some trophies.
