NY Times mounts an attack on Justice Kavanaugh with an unsupported story, they were forced to retract the next day.

The NY Times is the attack dog of the liberal media complex, and they were caught in a lie this weekend! It was bad enough that the NY Times was forced to retract this Saturday Story...on Sunday! They KNEW that the story was garbage when they published it. There is no protection for journalists that publish stories that are NOT accurate! They are legally responsible for what they publish....

The NY Times published an article accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault...over three decades ago! Last time I checked, the statute of limitations is seven years on this offense....

WE should begin (Legal) investigations of the liberal Justices, because they are amoral and self centered. With no moral compass, they will be easy to impeach in bulk! THEY opened this pandora's box, WE should use it against them! They will be easy targets, because their offences will be legion and recent.

On Sunday, the New York Times updated its story reporting a new assault allegation against Brett Kavanaugh, which had drawn widespread attention, to clarify that the woman at the center of the incident does not recall it.

They have retracted this story, as unsupported, and admits they were hawking a book on this. Apparently that book is as unreliable as the story!

President Trump made the following recommendation:

Brett Kavanaugh should start suing people for libel, or the Justice Department should come to his rescue. The lies being told about him are unbelievable. False Accusations without recrimination. When does it stop? They are trying to influence his opinions. Can’t let that happen!

I agree with the President, there needs to be repercussions! This book needs to draw a lawsuit also, for defamation.

This is WAY past yellow journalism! This is unprofessional and intended to do harm! Justice Kavanaugh should sue them for everything they are worth! Enough of this feces, this needs to cost them a lot! Kavanaugh must respond legally and with great violence, or this will be non stop!

New York Times reporters Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly spent months reaching out to Yale alumni for more dirt on Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s undergraduate years more than three decades ago, and came up empty.

That’s the actual bottom line of their Times article that dropped online Saturday, though they suggest otherwise — since they clearly want to not just boost sales of the book, but also do whatever they can to further smear the justice.

After the fact, they quickly retracted the story to try to limit their legal risk; and it shouldn't help them! This was done for the sole purpose of hurting Brett Kavanaugh!

How dishonest was the piece? Well, its biggest “shocker” is noting the existence of yet another alleged Kavanaugh incident — but the article leaves out the fact that the supposed victim doesn’t remember a thing.

BUT the NY Times still published it!!! Deliberate lies is NOT journalism, and they need to be reminded of that fact, in court!
