My Chuck Story

How are you?! Let me share to you some Happy events working the BPO industry.

Though our job in the BPO industry is stressful in a different way because of it's unusual demand of working hours and the eye strain while focusing in the computer and the ear pain when hearing out our Iratr customer complaints.

The stress can be sometimes too toxic that it may want you to give up. But when you feel home at work no matter how toxic your job is it may vanish.

A Good Bond & Support system will totally Help you Survive in dealing our day to day stress in work.

I'm glad I have my coffee buddies with me to ease all my rants & complaints, to laugh with all those fun times and be with me in all those trials in works.

I am thankful enough that I belong to a group that is filled with unique characteristics that strengthens our bond helps produce great teamwork and leadership.

Our lady Big boss promise treat all her employees with great respect, honor and care and never fail to put big smiles in our faces when she promise us to give us each a Chuck Taylor shoes as a year end gift.

I've got a great buddies, a mixmatch strong cluster & a great leader to walk hand in hand working in this imperfect but fun Journey in the BPO industry.

Though I may have a small feet size but this smalll feet with baby steps hits big time & hard with great support system.
