Vegetable washing machine for home - part 2
This is part two of our vegetable washing machine for your home. This week we are adding a simple drain that will allow us to connect a typical garden hose to the barrel, allowing us to gravity feed the water back to the garden after washing the vegetables.
We used all 3/4 inch PVC and fittings for this quick project so that we can attach our garden hose directly to a 3/4 inch threaded fitting. The vegetable washing machine is placed higher than our garden so we can use gravity to move the used water. This was a simple and quick project which will allow us to reuse our wash water.
