Hello dear friends!

Today I want to tell my story of transformation and become a little closer to you all!
My path began 10 years ago, when I was 16 years old and I was a very fat and unconfident teenager! Excess weight, pimples, depression and complexes! That's what I was, until I realized that I don't want to live like this anymore.
I became a vegetarian on my 16th birthday! I always pitied the animals, but I lacked the motivation and enough willpower to refuse to eat meat. I waited for this moment to come and started with a huge weight of 81 kg (178,6 lbs) and height about 160 cm (5' 3")!

I lost 6 kg (13,23 lbs) in one year on a vegetarian diet. I began to weigh 75 kg (165,35 lbs) to feel better, but the complexes didn't leave me that way. I traveled, studied at university, read fiction and scientific research, watched cognitive movies.
At the age of 19, I realized that here and now, I must change my life. For one day I quit smoking and tempered my appetite. For six months, I only had a breakfast or fasting, completely immersed in myself and exploring a new world - world of veganism and raw food.
The results were stunning! Six months later, friends and relatives stopped recognizing me, a beautiful, intelligent and modest (on that moment) girl appeared before them. Complexes began to leave me, I found myself. I lost 25 kg f(55.12 lbs) or half a year and began to weigh 50 kg (110.2 lbs) - it changed my life! I became smiling, closer to people. I wanted to communicate more and share knowledge and my experience! I helped several people to reconsider their views on nutrition!

Seven years have passed, but I continue to stay in the same shape. I do yoga, travel. I gave up alcohol completely, and switched to raw diet from veganism through juices! (already 27 days on juices).
My path to perfection continues! There are many goals and tasks ahead, I go to them with a smile and lightness!
