A single flower / Una flor sola

Algunos momentos nos sentimos fuertes y ninguna tormenta puede herirnos, otras veces nos sentimos débiles pero permanecemos quietos intentando tener la paz por dentro.

La ansiedad es expresar exceso de futuro, por eso para mitigar ese sentimiento de querer lograr todo de prisa lo ideal es encontrar el equilibrio.

Pero como una pequeña flor debemos renacer en el universo, decir aquí estoy cielo, mírame que te regalo aliento. Meditemos al viento sobre el hecho de que todo llega en su justo momento.

Una flor sola, no significa que este muriendo, puede renacer bajo el sol con un poco de agua y aliento, como la esperanza, siempre en equilibrio con el tiempo.

Ser frágil también puede ser una defensa y una fortaleza ante los que tienen miedo.

Anxiety is expressing excess of future, so to mitigate that feeling of wanting to achieve everything in a hurry, the ideal is to find balance.

A single flower does not mean that it is dying, it can be reborn under the sun with a little water and breath, like hope, always in balance with time.

Being fragile can also be a defense and a strength against those who are afraid.
