The US Army blows billions and tries to save a few hundred bucks!

While the US army spend billions on Weapons and War it has recently started a plan to save a couple of thousand dollars.
Financial mismanagement is rampant at the Pentagon. And the Trump administration wants to give them tens of billions dollars more. Its wasted money on things like the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II - $1.5 Trillion.
A staggering report by the Defence Department’s Inspector General last summer found the Army made $2.8 trillion worth of wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. The Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up and now they have come up with this plan to save a few thousand dollars!
