Day 2
Today I woke up feeling a little tightness in my chest, my wrist is still well and truly hurting but I'm feeling good about the challenge.
I really feel 30 days will be a breeze!! I stuck to the 5x10 pressup approach and felt it worked well again

huh, interesting, I'm currently doing this as well. I only did 30 yesterday though :) Back on track today hopefully.

I was doing 300 pushups a day challenge.It was really hard in the beginning, but oh boy, you could tell the difference. Too bad I've stopped after one month :)
I would die. I'm going to work my way to 100 a day and then see where that goes.
It was really hard. The secret is to break them in parts. 3 times a day 3x30. It is doable.
