How can this be possible? I do not understand ... The steem passwords are very complicated with many numbers and letters.
I wonder can the victims contact to binace and find out who stole their assets? I guess it will be easy with the memo.
I do not hold any liquid crypto in my wallet but this is very disconcerting and definitely not so good for the reputation of steem.

If someone has obtained your posting key that can be done via a third-party app, it is entirely possible that they can use your key to vote on other accounts. [They will then steal upvote from you]
Or that the posting key has been used in the memo for example to or in bitrex, it can be intercepted by dishonest people
